Privacy policy
The short version: we only collect what you type into our forms, we use it to reply to you, and we never sell it.
Who we are
This site is run by DMW Studios (DOMYWORK MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED). When this policy says "we", it means us. For anything about your data, email shlok@domyworkstudios.com.
What we collect
- What you type into a form. Your name, work email and website when you ask for the free AI check or a deck, plus which deck you picked.
- Booking details. If you book a call, the booking tool (Setupp) collects what its form asks for, such as your name, email and the time you picked.
- Your country, roughly. Our host tells us which country a visit comes from, so we can show prices in your currency. We don't store it against you.
- How the site is used. If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics counts visits, pages viewed and where visitors came from. It doesn't tell us who you are. If you say no, Google may still receive a basic signal that a page was viewed, without cookies and without anything that identifies you.
We don't ask for payment details, ID numbers or anything sensitive on this site.
Why we use it
- To send you what you asked for: the AI check, the deck or a call.
- To follow up about it. Asking for a deck or a free check may get you up to three follow-up emails. Every one has a way to stop them.
- To see which pages help people and fix the ones that don't.
If you're in the UK or EU: we rely on your request (to send what you asked for), our legitimate interest (short follow-ups and keeping the site working) and your consent (analytics cookies).
Who else sees it
We use a few services to run the site. They only get what they need to do their job:
- Vercel hosts the site.
- Resend sends form emails to us and to you.
- Google Workspace runs our inbox, and Google Analytics measures visits if you allow it.
- Setupp handles call bookings.
Some of these services store data outside your country. They protect it with standard contract terms. We never sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Form details stay with us while we're talking to you and for up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, fix it, delete it or stop emailing you. Email shlok@domyworkstudios.com and we'll do it within 30 days. If you're not happy with how we handled it, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
The site works without cookies. Analytics cookies are only set if you say yes. You can change your mind any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes get a note on the homepage too. Questions? Email shlok@domyworkstudios.com, or read our terms.
