What this means
The answers leaned towards CRMs built for the UAE market. Salesforce came up every time, but mostly as overkill for a brokerage. When buyers ask about a local market, being known as the local specialist is what gets a brand named.
Where the named brands show up
Most 'best real estate CRM in Dubai' lists are written by people selling something. 9 of the 14 round-ups we checked came from a CRM vendor, agency or implementation partner. PropSpace and WIYO each publish their own list with their own product on it.

Not named? Here's what was missing
Propertybase, Masterkey and Sell.Do each appeared in two of the lists or fewer, and we couldn't find a current page from any of them aimed at Dubai brokerages. Sell.Do's own site says it is made for Indian real estate. Bitrix24 is listed often but nothing native ties it to the UAE portals. The brands named most often each have a page of their own that says, in plain words, which Dubai portals they connect to.
