SaptOne's guide calls Zoho CRM best overall for Indian SMEs but doesn't mention Bigin or Kylas.

Salesforce and Pipedrive are on most of the Indian round-ups we opened, and Salesforce is on the SaptOne, Web Hippo and Mera Udyog guides, from sites ChatGPT showed as sources. Neither offered rupees on its own pages that we opened, while all seven brands ChatGPT named have rupee prices on Mera Udyog's list. Vtiger barely shows up: it was on 1 of the 9 lists.
